Shipping policy
The following conditions apply:
You order in our shop by following these steps.
1) You place items in your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on “Add to cart”
2) You can view all the items you have placed in your shopping cart by clicking on "Shopping Cart." Here you can also delete items or change the quantity.
3) If you want to purchase the items in your shopping cart, click "Checkout." This will take you to the order process.
4) During the ordering process, you first enter your delivery and payment details.
5) Before you submit your order, you will see an overview of all the details of your planned order (including billing and delivery addresses, product, price, quantity, and payment method) on the order confirmation page. Here, you will be asked to confirm the accuracy of your information. You can also correct or edit your order details here. change by clicking on "back to..."
6) By clicking on the button "Buy"Send your order to us. By doing so, you offer us the conclusion of a purchase contract.

Our standard shipping costs within Germany are per delivery:
Standard up to 1 kg: €4.50
Standard ab 1,1 kg: 6,50 €
Standard ab 3,1 kg: 8,50 €
Standard ab 10,1 kg: 12,00 €

delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days in Germany.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
Accepted payment options
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. All prices include VAT at the applicable rate.
Payment for goods is made using the payment method suggested during the ordering process and subject to the terms and conditions stated therein. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods depending on the results of the verification of your data (identity and credit check).

Delivery and return
You have the option of picking up goods ordered from the Sanitätshaus Vital online shop at our store in Hilden, returning them there, or having them delivered via DHL. Once you have chosen to pick up your order, the ordered items will be made available for you to pick up in the store. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Pickup times are based on our regular store hours.
If you prefer delivery, your order will be sent safely and conveniently via DHL to your specified address.
Returns and refunds
In the event of a return, the full value of the goods, minus any shipping costs incurred, will be refunded within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. The refund will be made via the payment method you used to place the order, such as PayPal. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the refund and borne by the buyer.
Online returns
In addition to in-store returns, you can submit complaints via our online returns portal. Please register your return online and then return the goods to us by mail. To do so, visit our returns portal.

The goods remain our property until full payment is received. When paying via PayPal, your account will be debited immediately after the contract is concluded.
